Privacy notice
Short version: we store your email address and the checks you run. We do not track you, we run no analytics, and this site loads nothing from third parties. The long version is below, including how to have everything deleted.

If you only read the site
Nothing is asked of you and nothing is stored beyond what any web server records. Our server writes standard access log entries: IP address, time, the page requested, status code and user agent. These exist to operate and secure the service and are kept for 14 days, then deleted.
This site loads no fonts, scripts, analytics or embeds from third parties. There is no tracking, no advertising, no profiling, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
If you use the free readiness check
The check requires an email address, because we send you a sign-in link and because the result belongs to someone.

Legal basis: performing a service you asked for and taking steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in operating a service that is not abused (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Under Swiss law, Art. 31 FADP.
We do not send marketing email, we do not sell or share your address, and we do not add you to any list. If you run a check and never hear from us again, that is the intended behaviour.
What the check does to the site you enter
Our server requests the address once, follows redirects and reads the page. It changes nothing and submits no forms. Your own address is not sent to that site. If you check a site you do not operate, its server will see a request from us, not from you.

Both act as processors on our instructions. Sign-in emails are currently sent through Supabase's mail service. No data is transferred to third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and local storage
One thing is stored in your browser: your sign-in session, kept by the authentication library so you stay signed in between page loads. It is not used to track you and it disappears when you sign out. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to info@rakenai.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Deletion: ask us and we delete your account. Your checks are removed with it, automatically and permanently.
If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.
Changes
If what we do with data changes, this notice changes with it, and the date below changes too. We do not make changes retroactively apply to data already collected.
